4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to our Designated Agent. Your counter-notification must identify the material removed and include your contact info and consent to jurisdiction.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We will not link to sources that have been conclusively established to host infringing content.

6. Important Notice

Because WhereToMovie does not store or host any content, we are unable to remove files or videos from the internet. To have content permanently removed, you must contact the website that is actually hosting the material. Our removal of a search result link only removes the link from our index.

⚠️ Submitting a false DMCA notice is a violation of federal law and may result in liability for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
